Pam Baumann, the owner, has been in business for 23 years. She learned the importance
of screening, doing reference, background checks, and drug testing on potential
employees before hiring them through her staffing company, Career Options. She saw the need to create a Property Management company here in the Fox Valley after building and managing three PAMCO Executive Suite buildings for the past 18 years.
Pam and her staff have a great deal of experience not only in hiring the right people for the job but also in accounting, payroll, collections, asset management, managing tenants and their leases, ordering and keeping an inventory of supplies, plus scheduling and monitoring any work performed by our workers and/or independent contractors 24/7.
